SINGLE JET ATOMIZER 9302

PRODUCT DETAILS TSI' s Single-Jet Atomizer Model 9302 is the most cost-effective way to generate a polydisperse aerosol stream from a simple compressed air source; and it is also our simplest atomizer with a built-in pressure regulator for controlling air from an external source. It produces particles in concentrations over 107 particles/ cm3 at a nominal flow rate of 6.5 L/ min. The outlet mean arithmetic droplet size ( D10) of 4~ 5 µ m and 40, 000 particles/ cc make the 9302 ideal for LDV and PDPA system alignment, especially three-component systems. These values are typical for water at 175 kPa ( 25 psi) inlet pressure. The convenient pressure control and flexible outlet tube allow the user to put the correct amount of aerosol right where it' s needed. The translucent reservoir allows the user to see exactly how much fluid is in the unit.
